This Privacy Policy describes what information we collect when you use the Voccalo application. It also provides details about how we store, transfer, use, and delete that information, and your choices regarding your information.
This policy applies when we act as a Data Controller for the personal data of users of our services; in other words, where we determine the purposes and means of processing that personal data. For content and data that you upload to or make available through the Service ("User Content"), you are responsible for ensuring it complies with our Terms of Service and does not violate the privacy of other users.
How We Collect Your Information from Google
Following the Google API Services User Data Policy, when you sign in with Google, we collect the following information to store in our database and display on the Voccalo website:
- Google ID
- Profile Picture
- First Name
- Last Name
The scopes we use in Google Login:

: See your personal info, including any personal info you've made publicly availableopenid
: Associate you with your personal info on Google
How We Process Media (Audio/Video/Screen)
We do not store any media sent between participants in a room. Customers with access to the "Recording" feature can record meetings. It is their responsibility to collect consents from all participants before starting the recording and to store and process the recording in compliance with regulations after downloading it from Voccalo.
Changes to This Policy
We can update this Privacy Policy at any time. A historical record of all changes will be kept on our platform. If a change is material, we will notify you before it takes effect. By using Voccalo on or after the effective date of such changes, you agree to the new terms. If you disagree, you should delete your account before the changes take effect.
